Description
When you receive your EMS Pack and before starting to use eSuit®, you must schedule a first personalized EMS training session, called Diagnostic EMS, with an EMS coach with whom the intensity levels per type of training program that you can tolerate will be determined. The EMS coach will recommend the right EMS training membership plan for your goals.
